All purchases made through SW Prep with Shubhi are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any course, test series, subscription, study material, or other educational service once the purchase has been completed.

Not Satisfied with the Course

Timing of Classes / Tests

The availability or timing of classes, tests, or other educational content may vary. Recorded content or other available resources may be provided where applicable. Changes in schedule or timing will not make a purchase eligible for a refund.

Course Content

The course and its educational content are designed according to the requirements of UGC NET/JRF Social Work preparation. Any changes, additions, or updates to the course content will not constitute grounds for a refund.

Language

Change of Decision

If a student decides after purchase that they no longer wish to prepare through SW Prep with Shubhi, no refund will be initiated.

Exam Eligibility

Students are responsible for checking their eligibility for the relevant examination before purchasing any course or test series. No refund will be provided if a student subsequently discovers that they are not eligible to appear for the examination.

If you experience a technical issue while accessing a purchased course or service, please contact us through the support details provided on the Website. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue; however, technical difficulties do not automatically make a purchase eligible for a refund.

Final Sale

By completing a purchase on SW Prep with Shubhi, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final and that no refund will be provided under any circumstances, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
